Steve Hinton - Lead Minister

Steve is originally from Amarillo, Texas and still claims to root for the Dallas Cowboys. He graduated from Ozark Christian College of Joplin, MO in 1994 with a BTH and BBL and also received his MA in practical ministries from Cincinnati Bible Seminary in 2002. Steve and Debi served as missionaries in Moscow, Russia for two years. Before moving to Rancho Cordova in August of 2004, Steve served in a preaching ministry in Etna Green, Indiana for 7 and a half years. The Hintons have a heart for world evangelism and Steve has done short term mission projects in five other countries. Steve and Debi have four children. steve@mynewhorizons.org 730-7075.


Debi Hinton - Worship Director

I have a husband who is crazy for Jesus, four kids, and a dog. Fred Masteller - Associate Minister in Discipleship 

Fred is our resident sage with an extensive background in ministry and walking with Christ. When Steve doesn’t know something, he always says, “Go ask Fred.”  Fred first began his pastoral work in Donovan, Illinois in 1955. He and his wife Carol have been a part of seven different growing churches over the last 50 years. Fred has extensive experience and training in all kinds of counseling - especially marriage and family. He has conducted revival meetings and family workshops in Maryland, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, and Arizona. Francine Voudouris - Children’s Director

Francine is a credentialed teacher who has elected to stay home with her 2 children while they are small. She has been involved in coordinating Children’s Ministry in the past two churches she’s attended in the Midtown area. Her heart for Rancho Cordova, children, and growing God’s kingdom has sent her our way.  Francine substitute taught in the Folsom-Cordova School District for many years and went on numerous mission trips to the Former Soviet Union. She welcomes any opportunity to practice speaking Russian.  Since having children, she started her own tutoring agency and manages a staff of teachers who travel to students homes. Dan has 37 years experience as a Tax Administrator for the State of California, and 25 years as the volunteer treasurer for STADIA (formerly NCEA) before going to work for them.  convdan@comcast.net
